Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and The Peace Well LLC, doing business as Sound Mind Executive Coaching (“we”), for your use of Sound Mind OS on the web and in our mobile apps. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use Sound Mind OS.
• Keep access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in. You're responsible for activity in your account.
• You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Your content

What you put in the app stays yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to run the app for you, including sharing it with the coach or partners you choose and sending it to our AI provider when you use AI features. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Coaches and clients

• Coaches are independent of us. We provide the tools; coaching relationships, advice, and fees are between you and your coach.
• Coaches agree to use client information only to coach that client, to respect what clients mark private, and to follow the laws that apply to their practice.

AI features

The planner, system builder, advisor, and decision coach use artificial intelligence. Their suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on them for decisions that need a qualified professional.

Not therapy or medical care

Sound Mind OS supports personal growth and coaching. It isn't therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it isn't for emergencies. If you're in crisis in the United States, call or text 988, or call 911.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, upload harmful code, try to access other people's accounts, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payments

• Sound Mind OS has a free plan. Paid plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Purchases made through Apple's App Store follow Apple's billing and refund terms.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.

Changes to the app and these terms

We're improving the app all the time and may add, change, or remove features. If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and let you know. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
